Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 28, 2026
Handle is a home workout app. This privacy policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
We built Handle on a simple principle: your data is yours. We collect as little as possible, and never use it for advertising.
What we collect
Currently (free version):
- No personal information is collected
- All workout data is stored locally on your device only
- No account required
- No analytics or tracking
- No advertising identifiers
Future (cloud sync, optional):
When cloud sync becomes available as an optional paid feature, we will collect:
- Email address (for account creation)
- Workout data (for sync across your devices only)
This data will never be sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising purposes. This policy will be updated before cloud sync launches.
How we use your data
- To provide and improve the Handle app
- To sync your data across your devices (future, optional)
- To respond to support requests
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with advertisers. We do not use your data to build profiles.
Third-party services
The current free version of Handle does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
Data retention
Since all data is currently stored locally on your device, deleting the app removes all associated data. We retain no data on our servers at this time.
Children's privacy
Handle is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Handle evolves — particularly when cloud sync launches. We will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify users through the app.
